This Farne Islands tour is perfect for all of the family to view the seabird and seal habitats (depending on the time of year), view the magnificent scenery of the islands and Northumberland’s iconic coastline and learn of Grace Darling’s life-saving heroics. This tour is wheelchair accessible but only when the tide is in so we can pick you up and drop you off at the slipway. Please note that we can’t get extra wide chairs and electric wheelchairs onboard as we still need to help you get on the boat.

* We may experience small variations in our times as we sanitize areas of the boat and board and alight safely. Child classed as aged 15 and under.
Please wrap up warm, even on summer days. It can get cold offshore!
We will be sailing with reduced numbers and with social distancing measures in place. We ask that everybody wears an appropriate face mask / covering. We have a limited supply of face masks available to purchase at cost price at our harbour booking office, but recommend you bring your own. A one way system will be in place for boarding and alighting the boats. Please listen carefully to the directions and instructions given by our skippers and colleagues.
All of our vessels have easy wheelchair access onto a flush deck. Please let us know if you require wheelchair access please contact us direct so we can work the tides out for you and let you what’s available. We can also be prepared to assist you while boarding.
If you have reduced mobility, please make sure you have somebody from your own household or social bubble to assist you whilst onboard.
